The position description I need for a new onboarding process is not in the drop down position list, who can add this?
Any primary Admin for your company will be able to add in the new position. Send your Admin a PDF copy of the position description to load against the Companies Profile. Once this is saved and you refresh your onboarding screen the new position and position description should be visible.
What do I do when the offer of employment expires?
The offer will no longer be visible to employee who received it. The employer / manager involved will need to send the offer back to the Draft stage and adjust the date to a future day and progress the offer to the candidate again.
My employee isn’t able to log into the system due to the wrong username or password, how can I fix this?
Navigate to the the employees profile and select the Reset Password option visible on the right hand menu on the screen – this will send the latest log in information to the employee to use via email or text.
Note: If the employee is being onboarded you will need to navigate from your current employee list to your Onboarding Employees list to find the candidate by clicking on the arrow at the top of the screen next to Current Employees.
Can the same email address be share across multiple accounts?
Yes, usernames can be adjusted in the employee profiles by admins however caution should be used when sharing emails as privacy needs to be considered.
