Here's an example of a pre-written Acknowledgement Text:

Hi [Employee First Name],

We have updated our [Write about the new changes, document affected, and stakeholders involved].

We are requesting [Add stakeholders] to review and accept the new changes by e-signing this acknowledgement via the HR Today platform.

The due date for accepting the new changes is [DD/MM/YYYY].

If you have concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Thanks,

[Manager Full Name]

[Manager Position] at [Company Name]

Note: These [fields] are not automatically replaced in the Acknowledgement Text, and are used as a reference for yourself to manually replace with the relevant information.

Task list templates are used to manage your tasks without leaving HR Today. The templates are able to be viewed, edited and deleted and will automatically populate in the list of templates available to use when you set you set up a new task list via the Task List dashboard.
